Three all-in booth formulas
For exhibitors, there is no need to set up and take down your booth; we do that for you. The eye-catcher within each booth are the customizable back walls, which you take home for free after the show.
As an exhibitor, all you need to do is provide a visual/image for the walls and we will take care of the production and installation of the back walls.

Can I participate with my own booth concept?
No, we deliberately opt for a uniform all-in concept in order to unburden the exhibitor as much as possible. The uniform stand concept with customizable printed walls creates a dynamic character that is inviting to visitors. We accompany you from A to Z and provide everything so that you yourself have to invest as little time, energy and resources as possible in a participation. As a result, participation in Edubuild Summit leads to a high ROI.
Can I also take a booth larger than 18m2?
Yes, our booth concept allows for larger booths as well. Stands of 27m2 or 36m2 are also possible. Do you need more space? Do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
Can I decorate the inside of my booth the way I want?
Yes, it is certainly and definitely allowed to add or further decorate additional elements in the booth yourself with e.g. a brochure rack, counter, coat rack, counter, roll-up displays etc. provided that all material was removed from the booth by Thursday 26/11 at 24h00.
